  Simba Sports Club is a football club based in Kariakoo, Dar es Salaam Tanzania,
Founded in 1936, the club was named Eagles, then to Sunderland. In 1971 they were renamed Simba (Swahili for "Lion").
Simba SC is one of the two biggest clubs in Tanzania, alongside cross-city rivals Young Africans. Simba SC have won 21 league titles and five domestic cups,

Simba SC is going head to head with DAR City FC starting on 30 Jan 2022 at 16:00 UTC. The match is a part of the FA Cup.

On 14 May 2022 there will be a Azam Sports Federetion Cup Quarter Final match between Simba Sc Vs Pamba SC. 
The NBC league consists of 16 teams with Yanga Club doing well without losing a game and having a total of 57 points ahead of the Lions Club with 46 points.

Young Africans Sports Club, commonly referred as Yanga, is a football club based in JangwaniDar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The club was popular among Africans, and became a symbol of the anti-colonial movement. Young Africans became associated with nationalists and freedom fighters, and inspired the political party TANU to adopt yellow and green as their primary colours. Young Africans is the most successful and dominant club in Tanzanian football.
