Barrick North Mara gold mine New Job,may 2022, The Barrick North Mara gold-mine is located at the north-west Tanzania in the Tarime district-Mara region. It is around about the hundred (100) kilometres eastern part of Lake Victoria and twenty (20) kilometres southern part of a Kenyan border. 

The North Mara was started its commercial production in the year of 2002. The mine is the combining the open pit and the underground operation from the two deposits, the Gokona(underground) and the Nyabirama(open pit).
